Lot Description

A well preserved example of this date that is extremely rare this well struck and in such a lofty state of preservation. Frosty mint luster shines through a layer of steely-blue and original nickel-silver. Sharply struck with fully defined steps. A few minor ticks are noted with the aid of a strong glass are are described for the sake of full accuracy. The eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 6, NGC 0. The most recent example sold in our July 2020 sale of the Incline Collection, which sold for $6,169 and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $7,500.
