THE SOMMELIER COLLECTION One look at this stunning GEM 1853 large cent and you can tell it was lovingly cared for for the last 168 years! It is amazing that a coin like this could survive so long, so pristine. Mauve overtones on lustrous brown surfaces. The eye appeal is great. PCGS 48, NGC 53, CAC 36. The current PCGS Price Guide value is $1,550 and the most recent PCGS/CAC MS66 BN CAC sold in the 2019 FUN auction for $1,560.
