- Lot 139 1810 C-1 R1 Repunched 0 PCGS graded AU53.Clipped Planchet. Very attractive glossy uniform medium chocolate brown. Flowline luster covers the fields and protected areas and this piece offers excellent eye appeal. Just a light touch of friction on the highest points from mint state. Essentially flawless except for a minor mint-made planchet clip that affects the dentils at star 7 and the opposing ones over the E in UNITED (difficult to see in the slab). MDS. The repunching at the lower left of the 0 in the date is dull but clearly visible and the reverse is rotated 55 degrees CCW. Our grade is AU50.The attribution and Green Tree Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label.
