The second highest graded in the non-FBL designation with just one finer. Satiny, pearly luster gleams through some swirling bands of attractive toning, particularly on the obverse. A high end example free of distracting marks, there is just a touch of striking weakness on the reverse that keeps this from being an FBL. PCGS 14, NGC 18, CAC 4. This is the ONLY 66+ at PCGS. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,150. An NGC MS66 CAC sold for $2,160 in the 2018 ANA auction, and that coin had a similar toning pattern.
