VERY HIGH END quality. Bold mirrors beam quite noticeably from all over. The mirrors have excellent clarity and are clean. There is some light toning in the fields that mimic frost. Miss Liberty and all of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is pretty neat! Only 600 were minted. PCSG 20, NGC 16, CAC 17. The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $881 January 2017. We think for a neat looking and obsolete coin that sounds too cheap! You can build a set of PR64 Cameo 3CN's! Cert.
