- High Promises Collection. Rather nicely struck, even at the centers where only Liberty's hand appears a trifle flat. Strangely appealing bronze-grey toning covers much of the obverse while most of the reverse remains pale grey with a golden splash. A linear abrasion rests beneath the eagle's talon.
