- Description du lot
- An ultra brilliant example with deeper orange highlights. Among the higher graded pieces at PCGS there are only 8 on the Population Report at MS64 with just seven finer. Only 2,960 were originally struck. This coin is highly lustrous and offers a razor sharp strike. Very clean surfaces hold up under close inspection with a strong glass. The eye appeal is excellent in every way, a coin that is sure to delight even the pickiest of gold bugs! PCGS 8, NGC 5. The most recent PCGS-graded example sold back in August 2018 and realized $7,200, Just seven have ever graded higher, only a single example sold 11 years ago, a PCGS MS65 that brought $14,375. Worthy of a great set of quarter eagles. Bid accordingly. Cert. Number 6913235 PCGS # 7832
