Lot Description

Alfy Keller Collection. It is not typical to find a latter Barber type coin with nicer contrast, but the 1907 half-dollar offered here retains an ample supply of reflectivity in the fields, competing nicely with the frosted devices. Some hairlines would be right in line with the PR-64 level, but one might suspect a single tick on the neck kept about half a grade point off the table in PCGS's estimation, hence the "choice-plus" assessment. Bright white and almost perfectly struck.
