Lot Description

Speckles of light olive and reddish-russet patina are more widely spread on the reverse of this otherwise pearl gray example. Luster is a bit muted overall, but there are fewer marks than one might expect for a silver dollar at the BU grade level. The 1901 is a key date issue in the Mint State Morgan dollar set, and the example offered here will appeal to many collectors.
