- Rum'n'Cola Collection. Hoarding and melting of gold during the Civil War left few available dates within the quarter-eagle series, the 1856 being one such Antebellum example. Very fair buttercup-gold luster waltzes into the fields and joins excellent obverse sharpness to account for decent visual appeal, while the reverse shows a softer strike and several stray little marks in the fields.
