1869 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-65 (NGC). Deep aqua, blue and golden shades preside over the surfaces. Glistening smooth fields throughout and free of any significant contact. Usual die line through the fourth and fifth stars as well as several fainter die polishing lines around the date easily confirm the Proof status at a glance. Scarce at the Gem level. PCGS# 5568.
