1881 Octagonal 50 Cents. BG-956. Rarity-4+. Indian Head. MS-64 (PCGS). A lateral die crack extends across the reverse, a diagnostic of this variety. Nicely reflective surfaces with a mixture of green-gold and reddish-gold colors. Scarce, especially in this high grade.
