1827 N-11 R1. PCGS graded MS-64 Brown. CAC.The obverse is lustrous light to medium brown with a few puffs of darker steel brown toning near the dentils. The reverse is lustrous darker steel and olive brown with lighter brown toning in some of the protected areas. No contact marks. A thin wisp of darker steel brown toning from star 2 to the throat may help identify this cent. MDS with crumbling on the brow but no crumbling under the nose. The doubling at the base of the T in CENT is sharp. In addition there are traces of strike doubling in several places on the reverse. Our grade is MS60+.
