Lot 286 1837 N-16 R3+ Plain Hair Cord, Med Ltrs PCGS graded AU53, CAC Approved.Choice glossy tan and light brown with slightly darker steel brown toning on the highpoints. Frost covers the protected areas on both sides and this cent has outstanding eye appeal. No spots, stains, or notable contact marks. A small planchet flake under star 11 can help identify this cent. M-LDS. The fields are flowlined and the repunching on the right top of the C in AMERICA is dull but visible. Our grade is EF40+, close to EF45.The attribution is noted on the PCGS label.
