Boldly struck Proof Barber among finest known. Blazing two-tone cameo pleases the eye. Distinctively frosted devices create a strong contrast with deeply mirrored fields. Predominately white with a hint of delicate champagne toning. Among the best surviving from a mintage of 792 pieces. PCGS 4, NGC 0, CAC 5. (Perhaps one of the services is off by1).
