- 1890 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-66+ (PCGS). CAC.
Strongly reflective surfaces are dressed in vivid orange-bronze on the obverse, warmer sandy-silver on the reverse. Pretty powder blue undertones further adorn the periphery on the former side. Well struck with outstanding surface preservation. This is a significant condition rarity from a mintage of 590 pieces, the penultimate in the Proof Liberty Seated quarter series.
