Lot Description

We are pleased to offer a true GEM example of a grossly UNDERrated date and grade. Strong mirrors offer flash all over. The mirrors are clean and show good clarity (no haze). When you twirl the coin, the mirrors have a strong "liquid mercury" like roll. There is a strong contrast. The obverse is evenly covered by champagne/pale plum. The reverse has a moderate pale blue/gold/green color mix. Miss Liberty and the details stand out with full strikes and good frost. The eye appeal is superb! ONLY 650 were minted. PCGS 7, NGC 5, CAC 7. The current Collectors Universe value is $3,750. Think about it, at most ONLY 7 coins have earned the CAC bean. This is a difficult coin to find! Cert.
