1723 Rosa Americana Twopence. Martin 3.4-E.15, W-1334. Rarity-5. AU-53 (PCGS). 232.3 grains. Generally dark brown with attractive surface quality and a bold strike. The planchet has minor dark olive patina, common to this issue. A few specks and old circulation marks when closely examined, but the general appearance is average or a bit better. Scarce and always in good collector demand.
