WOW! This 01-S $20 is a luster bomb! Bold and blazing golden brilliance radiates on both sides of this essentially GEM quality $20 Lib. If it were a 1904, we have no doubt it would be in an MS65 holder. There is just some subtle contact visible with the aid of a strong glass, but the eye appeal is really sensational! VERY RARE any finer! PCGS 138, NGC 68, CAC 13. The only PCGS/CAC example to ever sell in auction sold over a decade ago! The CAC CPG value is $8,120 and we know this coin will see very strong bidding from the specialist when it crosses the block. The last MS64+ CAC sold before the current market upswing for PCGS/CAC gold coins. and no PCGS GEM has sold since the MS66 sold in 1992! This is a great example destined for an amazing set. Cert.
