Lot Description
THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION PART II FRESH AND ORIGINAL. Immaculate surfaces (even under powerful magnification) are toned in wisps of lilac, honey gold and ice blue. Terrific eye appeal and quality. The design elements are frosty white and needle sharp in their strike, they look three dimensional against the softly toned background. This coin is begging to be in a least at + grade holder if not a full point higher grade, in our opinion. PCGS 8, NGC 4. A mere 8 coins grade finer for the designation. The finest is graded PCGS PR68. A mere 875 Proofs were struck. PCGS Price Guide is $5,000. The last piece to sell was in our Regency 32 sale for $5,288. This coin has the subtlety of a sledge hammer quality that creeps up on you and we expect spirited bidding to reflect this fact. Cert. Number 25340356 PCGS # 86445.00
