- 1721-H French Colonies Sou, or 9 Deniers. La Rochelle Mint. W-11830. VF-35. 99.4 grains. Glossy and attractive light brown, a lovely shade. Planchet shows scattered natural pitting, more on obverse than reverse. Extremely sharp for the issue, nicely centered, full reverse legends. A very handsome piece. PCGS# 158632.
