Attractive olive-brown iridescence mingles with strong underlying mint orange color, the surfaces also revealing hints of pinkish-rose and powder blue iridescence as the surfaces rotate under a light. With an estimated mintage of 600+ pieces, the 1868 is among the more readily obtainable Proofs of this type, although it is a noteworthy condition rarity when found with the superior technical quality and eye appeal offered here. This premium Gem will please even the most discerning numismatists.
