OUTSTANDING STRIKE. The devices on this piece are so well defined, the coin looks like it was made yesterday with modern striking technology. It also does not look like a nickel coin as so many were lacking in definition due to the hardness of the metal. Satiny fields are mostly blast white with just the faintest tinge of rose toning. A few minute fly specks are noted on the top of the Indian's head but can only be seen with strong magnification. PCGS 712, NGC 452, CAC 332. The PCGS Price Guide lists $1,200 for the value. A CAC piece sold in April of this year for $1,260. If strike consideration is of paramount importance to you, you won't find a better one! Cert. Number 44147120 PCGS # 3915
