Hard, frosty surfaces retain traces of faded mint orange color in the center of the obverse and in a band that bisects the lower reverse. Otherwise richly toned in steely copper-brown, this sharply struck near-Gem 1820 N-13 cent is eagerly awaiting inclusion in a high grade type, date or variety set.
