Lot Description

A sharply struck, boldly lustrous B-1. Struck from the typical late die state on the reverse with a die break that encircles the reverse and has a frosted texture. The obverse is bold and brilliant with swirling cartwheels that roll over. The eye appeal is wonderful, enhanced by a lovely delicate gold tone on the obverse. PCGS 59, NGC 41, CAC 6. The last three PCGS/CAC coins sold in the $3,100-$3,480 range. The PCGS and CAC CPG values are both $3,750. Scarce finer, this is a lovely type coin for any collector. Cert.
