1855 Braided Hair Cent. N-9. Rarity-1. Grellman Die State D. Slanting 5s, Knob on Ear. MS-64 BN (NGC). Antique-copper patina to both sides, the surfaces with only trivial flyspecks to report and no sizeable blemishes. The overall strike is suitably bold for the type, especially on the reverse.
