BB Die State III. Lustrous AU quality for this popular, yet challenging early silver dollar design type. Traces of a softly frosty finish persist and are easily discerned through an overlay of warm, pleasing, golden-gray patina. A thin, faint graze on Liberty's bust is the only mark of note on otherwise smooth-looking surfaces. Well struck and boldly defined overall.
