1889 Liberty Seated Quarter. MS-65 (NGC). CAC. OH. Deep russet and blue toning that is somewhat mottled over vibrant lustrous fields. The strike is sharp and the surfaces are nearly free of contact. Rarely are these Liberty Seated coins found with this degree of luster and intense toning. PCGS# 5522.
