This is tied for FINEST graded of this very popular overdate, a Top-100 VAM and important coin for any advanced Morgan dollar collection! Blazing brilliant mint luster blooms vividly on both sides. Untoned surfaces sizzle with a radiating cartwheel that enlivens the top notch surface quality and superior visual allure. The devices are very sharply struck, with just a few minor ticks and traces of contact that can be seen with the aid of a powerful loupe. The eye appeal is very high end. PCGS 0, NGC 2. The other coin has been sold a few times since March 2018, realizing between $8,100 and $16,800. That coin is mottled, offering uneven toning on both sides. Since there are NO PCGS graded coins, there is no Collectors Universe value assigned, but the CDN bid is $12,000.
