1853 Braided Hair Cent. N-12. Rarity-1. Grellman State-b. MS-64BN (PCGS). Dark chocolate brown with traces of retained red in the most protected areas. Lustrous and sharp. One small spot of brick patina is noted at Star 2, and another is nestled in the reverse dentils. The middle die state. EAC:MS60 PCGS# 397419.
