UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Trade Dollar, 1876-S. San Francisco Mint. PCGS AU-50. Chopmark. KM-108. With multiple chopmarks on each side, this charming and lightly handled example offers an enticing tone around parts of the obverse peripheries. Of note, one of the obverse chopmarks is a swastika which, at the time in the East, was viewed as a good luck symbol--an aspect which changed dramatically in the 20th century. Estimate: $200 - $400.
