1906 Liberty Half Eagle. Proof-60 (NGC). An unmistakable proof striking of the 1906 Half Eagle, and rare thus, this coin readily reveals its credentials despite noticeable scuffiness to the surfaces. The devices are smartly impressed and the finish is extremely vibrant with a uniformly mirrored finish from the dies. Even yellow-gold color to both sides. Original mintage: just 85 proofs.
