1787 Nova Eborac Copper. W-5760. Rarity-3. Medium Bust, Seated Figure Right. AU-50 (PCGS). 106.6 grains. Satiny medium brown surfaces with intermingled autumn-orange and olive highlights. The strike is well centered on both sides with only the tops of the letters in NOVA, [EB]ORAC (obverse) and VIRT (reverse) a trifle soft. Smooth apart from minor planchet roughness in the center of the obverse, both sides are boldly defined apart from the usual softness of strike to the high points of the central devices.
