1885-S Liberty Head Half Eagle. MS-65+ (NGC). An intensely lustrous, green-gold example with a full strike throughout. An underrated condition rarity, the 1885-S is highly elusive in Gem Mint State despite being one of the more plentiful 1880s half eagles in terms of total number of coins extant. PCGS# 8368.
