1892 Morgan Silver Dollar. Proof-63 (PCGS). Delicate iridescent toning in silver-rose greets the viewer from both sides of this smartly impressed, well mirrored specimen. An uncommonly generous mintage of 1,245 coins for the year's Proof silver issues was achieved by the Mint in anticipation of strong demand for the first year 1892 Barber coinage with contemporary collectors.
