Offshore Technician Consignment. Strike and vibrancy are much better than expected for basal mint-state dollar, and especially for the troublesome 1901. Indeed, from farther away than arm's length, the quality appears fully choice. Closer examination is required to discover a relative plethora of bagmarks and sliding roll friction on the cheek. A notorious scarcity at the problem-free mint-state grade level.
