1851-O Liberty Seated Quarter. Briggs 1-B. VF-35 (PCGS). Generally silver gray surfaces with warmer olive-gold highlights at the borders. Well defined for the grade and uncommonly smooth, this is an attractive mid-grade survivor of a scarce and conditionally challenging New Orleans Mint Liberty Seated quarter issue.
