Lot Description: FROM THE SAND HILL COLLECTION C-1, B-1. Struck from die state IV with a sharp die break from M in AMERICA through the wreath, over the top of F in HALF, across to the bottom left serif of the first T in STATES to the rim. Another one begins at the rim above N in UNITED, through the wreath to the N in CENT. They are generally smooth, and devoid of any planchet roughness or any serious marks. Well struck and offering a very nice look overall with even, light wear on the surfaces. PCGS 32, NGC 6. The last one to sell was CAC approved and realized $870 in June 2018. Prior to that, one sold for $940 in February 2018. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,050. This coin is fresh to the market and is housed in an old blue tag holder.
