1865 Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. OC-2. Rarity-2. VF-30 (PCGS). Bold VF detail with subtle reddish-gold peripheral highlights to otherwise silver gray surfaces. Exported in quantity, as were most post-1852 Liberty Seated dollar issues, the 1865 is far scarcer in today's market than even a limited mintage of 46,500 circulation strikes might imply.
