- 1787 New Jersey Copper. Maris 63-s, W-5375. Rarity-1. Large Planchet, Plain Shield. VF-30 (PCGS). Deep golden tan with chestnut highlights. Natural planchet roughness at the centers, as struck and not detrimental to the overall appeal. Nicely centered with strong devices for the grade, and with no circulation marks to speak of. A pleasing example of the Morristown Mint's handiwork. PCGS# 509.
