- Whisenhunt Collection. Luster seems more than adequate for a trip along the upgrade route, but there may be reasons NGC couldn't see fit to go all the way "choice". Strike quality suffers a bit from fatigued dies, and the color isn't quite typical, but all in all, there are few constraints on the eye-appeal. For certain, there are very few marks or post-mint abrasions to detract.
