1807 Capped Bust Half Dollar. O-113a. Rarity-3. Small Stars. VF-35 (PCGS). Pleasing gunmetal-silver with a touch of peach-gold on the high points. The strike is average and the wear patterns normal for the popular first year of the Capped Bust design by John Reich. The surfaces are average to smooth, with minimal signs of handling when examined. Scarce and popular in high grades with collectors.
