Losbeschreibung: 1787 New Jersey Copper. Maris 63-s, W-5375. Rarity-2. Large Planchet, Bottom Stars Distant. VF-35 (PCGS). 155.8 grains. Glossy dark chocolate brown with superb visual appeal. This piece boasts superlative color and surface, and the strike and centering are likewise excellent. A single thin scratch into the left obverse field from the base of the horsehead is the biggest flaw we note. Just a great looking type coin at this grade level.
