- 1904-O Barber Quarter. MS-64 (PCGS). This is a lovely specimen with scintillating mint frost and brilliant surfaces that betray faint amounts of gold-tan patina near the border regions. A boldly struck, minimally marked example with exceptional eye appeal. A conditionally scarce issue at the MS-64 grade level or finer. PCGS# 5638.
