Lot Description

1802 Draped Bust Silver Dollar. B-6, BB-241. Rarity-1. BB Die State III. Narrow Date. VF-25 (NGC). This well balanced VF is overall boldly defined with wear moderate, yet evenly distributed throughout the design. Warmly patinated in medium dove gray shades, the surfaces are free of sizeable abrasions and, in fact, present as rather smooth in a mid grade early dollar. The 1802 B-6 is a popular die marriage to represent the Draped Bust Heraldic Eagle design type.
