A decent, mid-grade, collector oriented Bust dollar dated in the 1700s. Nicely defined devices stand out against nicely toned surfaces. Only a few ancient marks obtained during use in early American commerce can be seen. For the grade, this example has nice color and surfaces. This is an R-1 variety, perfect for anyone needing an early dollar for a type set. PCGS 409, NGC 170. The current PCGS value is $3,500 and these have generally sold in the $2,300-$2,600 range.
