Lot Description

Luster glows under an even, medium grey patina.  Worn and clashed dies come with the territory on this late die state.  The surfaces are virtually free of contact marks.  I note a single tick, between stars 4-5.  Possibly from my sale of Dave Rutherford’s collection, MB 33, lot 3, August 2007 at $1,513.   Estimate: $1,100 to $1,500
