1739-V Sou Marque. Troyes Mint. Vlack-191. Rarity-3. AU-58 (PCGS). 36.7 grains. Nearly complete luster with full silvering and elegant dove-gray patina. With a strong strike and smooth surfaces, this is as nice as they come in a Choice AU sou marque. Lovely. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection.
