The F. Raphael Collection. 14 in MS-64 and only 21 higher at NGC. The 1907-D Barber dime is a scarce coin in higher grades and only 150 coins are estimated to have survived in Uncirculated condition. This near-Gem NGC MS-64 example has strong swirling luster with clean surfaces that are spotlit by darker toning around the rims. Rare in Gem condition, this example is likely only held back by a few light marks at the base of Liberty's neck and a line of toning across the reverse -- neither of which take away from the strong eye appeal for the assigned grade (ls).
