1901 Morgan Silver Dollar. Proof-63 (PCGS). CAC. Warmly toned in iridescent olive-copper and champagne-apricot, both sides are fully struck with an appreciable cameo finish that goes unmentioned on the PCGS insert. Given the scarcity and key date status of the circulation strike 1901 Morgan dollar issue in Mint State, survivors of the year's 813-piece Proof issue have long enjoyed heightened demand among collectors.
